In a significant step toward building a resilient digital ecosystem, BELLS Institute of Higher Learning has partnered with Momentum Z Pte Ltd to enhance cybersecurity and data protection for Singapore’s SMEs. This collaboration, formalised with the signing of an MOU on 14th January 2025, underscores our shared commitment to equipping businesses with the tools and knowledge to thrive in today’s digital age.

Momentum Z, known for its expertise in cybersecurity certification, will support SMEs in achieving vital benchmarks like the Cybersecurity Agency of Singapore (CSA)’s CISOaaS and the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA)’s Data Protection Trustmark (DPTM).

At BELLS, we’ll focus on delivering robust PDPA training, empowering SMEs to handle personal data responsibly and meet compliance standards effectively.

Together, BELLS and Momentum Z aim to:
