The Diploma in Penetration Testing and Ethical Hacking is a hands-on, industry-focused programme designed to equip learners with advanced cybersecurity skills. Learners will gain practical experience in penetration testing techniques, cybersecurity tools, exploit development, cryptography fundamentals, vulnerability assessment, and real-world scenarios used to identify and mitigate security threats.

By the end of the programme, learners will be prepared to conduct professional penetration tests, communicate findings clearly, and support stronger security practices within an organisation.

Learners will build practical skills across ethical hacking, exploitation, network security, web application testing, operating system security, cybersecurity communication, and personal branding as an IT professional.

Learners take on a real-world cyberattack simulation in the Capstone Project and apply penetration testing, exploitation techniques, vulnerability assessment, and reporting. This hands-on experience helps learners showcase practical skills, build confidence, and prepare for real cybersecurity job roles.

MISCELLANEOUS FEES

Please note: As per SSG’s policy, the GST payable for all funding-eligible applicants is calculated based on prevailing GST rate after the baseline funding subsidy of 70%.

• Singapore Citizens aged 21-24: Approximately $3,000 PSEA funding accumulated by 2025, and $5,000 PSEA funding for ITE graduates aged 30 and below when enrolled in a Diploma Programme.
• Singapore Citizens aged 25-39: $500 opening SkillsFuture Credit for all Singaporeans that does not expire, plus applicable subsidies and PSEA eligibility where relevant.
• Singapore Citizens aged 40+: $500 opening SkillsFuture Credit plus $4,000 SkillsFuture Credit (Mid-Career) that does not expire.
• NTUC UTAP Funding Eligible: NTUC Union members aged 21-39 can enjoy further course fee deductions up to $250 per year, and up to $500 for those aged 40 and above.

• Achieve a minimum of 75% attendance for each module.
• Be assessed as Competent (C) in the assessments for every module.
• Fulfil all academic, administrative, and programme requirements stipulated by BELLS Institute of Higher Learning.

The Institute shall issue a Certificate of Completion upon successful completion of each module. Upon successful completion of the full course, learners will receive a Diploma Certificate.

• Obtained GCE ‘O’ Level with at least Grade C6 in English Language; or
• Obtained Level 5 or equivalent in Workplace Literacy (WPL); or
• Mature candidates with relevant working experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
