Minimum Entry Requirements
- Academic: 3 GCE O Level passes with English at Grade C6, or Workplace Literacy at Intermediate level (average of Level 4 for reading, listening, speaking and writing).
- Language: GCE O Level English at Grade C6 or Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 5.
- Minimum age: 18 years.

To graduate, trainees must successfully complete the course and pass the assessments for all modules.
Course Developer and Certification
Course developer and awarding organisation: BELLS Institute of Higher Learning Pte Ltd, Singapore.
Trainees receive a Certificate of Completion for each module successfully completed. Upon successful completion of the full course, trainees receive a Diploma Certificate.
For WSQ courses, trainees receive a Statement of Attainment (SOA) upon successful completion of each module, in accordance with applicable requirements.
