On 28th October 2024, our CEO, Adrian, was invited to the ESU CTC Fiesta, held at the College of Allied Educators, Singapore. This flagship event, organised by the Education Services Union (ESU) in collaboration with e2i and IT&T, celebrated the theme Community for Transformation in Celebration (CTC).

Adrian contributed to the panel discussion, “Collaboration on the ‘U’ Way for Transformation”, alongside esteemed leaders such as ESU’s Executive Secretary James Tan, IT&T’s Damian Lim, and SAPE’s 1^st Vice President Dr Susie Khoo, moderated by Brother Barry. The session highlighted transformative collaborations within the education sector.

One of the key objectives of this discussion was to target the top management directly on forming of CTC and CTC Grant application. The focus has been on how companies can benefit from CTC and how they can embark on this journey with NTUC.

This closed-door event, attended by top management from the education and training sector, focused on the CTC Grant journey and the collective transformation possible with NTUC’s support.
