BELLS Terms and Conditions

 

Note: Participant’s information including NRIC number are necessary data fields that BELLS is collecting for its Employability Partner to the Event to accurately establish or verify the identity for the provision of employment and training assistance. Please note that the application is only open for Singapore Citizens and Singapore PR.

 

1. By signing / acknowledging below, I hereby agree, acknowledge, and consent to the following:
   • that BELLS Academic Group Pte Ltd (“BELLS”) may collect, use, disclose and/or process any information relating to me (including any personal data provided by me to BELLS for the purposes of:

     (Collectively, the “Purposes”).
   • That BELLS may collect from sources other than myself, personal data about me, for one or more Purposes, and thereafter using disclosing and/or processing such personal data for one or more of the above Purposes;
   • That my personal data may/will be disclosed by BELLS to its third-party service providers or agents (including its lawyers’/ law firms), which may be sited outside of Singapore, for one or more of the above Purposes, as such third-party service providers or agents, if engaged by BELLS, would be processing my personal data for BELLS for one or more of the above Purposes;
   • That BELLS may transfer my personal data out of Singapore to its third-party service providers, or agents where such third-party service providers or agents are sited (whether in Singapore or outside of Singapore), for the Purposes described above.
2. I hereby declare that all information provided by me in connection with this application is true, accurate and complete. I understand that any inaccurate, incomplete, or false information given, or any omission of information required, may at BELLS’s discretion, render this application invalid and BELLS may reserve the rights to reject my application without prior notice.
3. I hereby agree to inform BELLS if there is any change in any of the details I have provided to BELLS in this application. I understand and agree that it is my sole responsibility to inform and update BELLS of any changes to my personal information. I hereby agree to indemnify and absolve BELLS of any liability arising out of any use and/or disclosure by BELLS of any inaccurate or incomplete information due to my failure to update BELLS promptly of any changes to my personal information.
4. I hereby agree to BELLS contacting me via the stated modes of communication, for the purpose of sending me information about products/ services that BELLS may be offering (including, without limitation, to any job offers, job details, training and/or seminars), and which BELLS believes may be of interest or benefit to me.
   • By postal mail and/or electronic transmission to my email address; and to my telephone number(s) by way of voice call / phone call, SMS / MMS (text messages and/or email / fax.
